WANTED FOR HOMICIDE AND ARMED ROBBERY |

Wayne Bower 7&70 Owner said "This guy was a human being that did not deserve this, and we go back to the ifs and why did this person, why did he pick this place, why was he here, why did he not just rob him and leave." Police have never found the man who fired the fatal shot, even though surveillance cameras caught the crime on video tape. November 30th, 2001 AT 6:30 PM, The suspect entered the 7th and 70
Liquor Store on Prarieton Road where he robbed and shot the cashier, Bill
Brossman at close range
and killed him.
